MICE & RATS
OFFERING BAITING, TRAPPING AND MITIGATION SERVICES FOR MICE AND RATS FOR OVER 20 YEARS! LOCALLY-OWNED, FAMILY-OPERATED.
Mice and rats are very destructive pests when it comes to well-being of your home or business. They can also pose serious health concerns due to the large number of diseases that they can carry and that can be present in their droppings. Mice often gain access through openings as small as 1/4″ (about the width of a dime) and are very agile when it comes to looking for food sources and in establishing nesting sites in or around your home or business.

Effective Treatments with an Integrated Approach
I.P.M. or Integrated Pest Management is a combination of chemical and non-chemical processes which together maximize treatment results for target pests.
By using existing knowledge of pest biology and by identifying existing areas that may contribute to pest activity, such as food or water sources and entry-points, services can be conducted in an environmentally sensitive approach.

The amount of time depends on whether you have an attic, a crawlspace (if it’s dirt or paved) and other factors. Typically, inspections for homes under 2,500 sq ft take a about one hour. Add about a 20 minutes or so for each additional 1,000 sq ft.
If we do find activity, the inspection time will likely increase.
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
No. Believe it or not, we’ve gotten this question more than a few times over the years. Our vehicles DO have our name and contact information on them and they MAY have some of the services we provide but they DO NOT have any giant bugs or critters on top of them.
