PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I authorize Regal Pest Control, LLC to charge my credit card or to debit my bank account for the payment amount and on the date indicated. I understand that if Regal Pest Control, LLC is unable to process this transaction or if Regal Pest Control, LLC is unable to secure funds for this transaction, for any reason, including but not limited to, the account having insufficient funds or for any inaccurate information provided when the transaction was submitted, Regal Pest Control, LLC still reserves the right to pursue collections actions on any invoices owed, including any fees and other charges as a result, as permitted by law. If payment is reversed, I understand that I am responsible for making a payment on any outstanding balance due on my Regal Pest Control, LLC invoice or towards my Regal Pest Control, LLC account.

For year-in-advance payments, I understand that I can request a refund for any future services not yet rendered. I understand that the refund amount will be adjusted and that a prorated amount will be determined using my standard, non-discounted service rate for the entire prepayment period. If services have been conducted, this amount will include retroactive adjustments.
