SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR
ARACHNID PEST ISSUES
Whether you have an issue with mites, spiders or ticks, Regal Pest Control has the
solution for your arachnid pest issues.
NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS
Certain pest issues may require multiple service visits, however Regal Pest Control can solve many pest issues without the commitment of a long-term contract. By constantly reviewing newly available products and by utilizing the most advanced products available to us, we can often reduce the number of service visits necessary to address many of the pest concerns at your home. Our technicians will look to identify possible environmental factors in and around your home that may contributed to pest activity.
TREATMENTS WITH MICRO-ENCAPULATED PRODUCTS FOR LONG-LASTING CONTROL
Whether you have an issue with spiders, ticks or mites. Many of the products we use are virtually odorless. They can also be used on porous and non-porous surfaces without staining. When applied in the interior, these products are used along baseboards and perimeter areas where many pests commonly crawl. On the exterior, applications are placed around several key entry-points on the perimeter to provide effective control. We use micro-encapsulated products that provide long-lasting control. Many of these products have a lasting residual of at least 60 days when applied outside. By setting a thorough barrier around the foundation and entry-points, we stop ticks, spiders and mites before they get inside. Interior treatments may be necessary if you have pets or if you’re near a wood-line. Call us for more information.
EFFECTIVE TREATMENTS WITH AN INTEGRATED APPROACH
For many pest issues, interior applications may not be necessary. To provide effective control, our technicians use an integrated pest management approach, commonly referred to as I.P.M., when conducting services. This is a combination of chemical and non-chemical processes which together maximize treatment results for target pests.
By using existing knowledge of pest biology (life cycles, habits, ect.) and by identifying existing areas that may contribute to pest activity, services can be conducted in an environmentally sensitive approach.

The amount of time depends on whether you have an attic, a crawlspace (if it’s dirt or paved) and other factors. Typically, inspections for homes under 2,500 sq ft take a about one hour. Add about a 20 minutes or so for each additional 1,000 sq ft.
If we do find activity, the inspection time will likely increase.
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
No. Believe it or not, we’ve gotten this question more than a few times over the years. Our vehicles DO have our name and contact information on them and they MAY have some of the services we provide but they DO NOT have any giant bugs or critters on top of them.
