RESIDENTIAL PEST CONTROL
CUSTOMIZED SERVICE PLANS
Our services are customized to address the current or potential pest concerns at your home. No two homes are exactly alike, and our technician’s first step starts with inspecting and identify any existing conditions that may be conducive to pest activity and to outline a service approach that’s best suited to address the pest issues at your home.
TREATMENTS THAT PROVIDE LONG-TERM PROTECTION AGAINST PESTS
For pest issues that require perimeter applications, we typically use micro-encapsulated products. These types of products have several benefits when controlling insect pests. The micro-capsules extend the life of the product, which provides long-term protection against pests. The micro-capsules stick to the surface they’re applied to, delivering a fast knock-down of the pest and provide more stability with the placement of the product. These products are also virtually odorless and many are labeled for over 30 types of insect pests. They can also be used on porous and non-porous surfaces without staining. When applied in the interior of the home, these products are used along baseboards and perimeter areas where many pests commonly crawl. On the exterior of the home, applications are placed around several key entry-points on the perimeter to provide effective control of insect pests on the outside of the home before they get inside.
UTILIZING ADVANCED PRODUCTS
Certain pest issues may require multiple service visits, however Regal Pest Control can solve many pest issues without the commitment of a long-term contract. By constantly reviewing newly available products and by utilizing the most advanced products available to us, we can often reduce the number of service visits necessary to address many of the pest concerns at your home. Our technicians will look to identify possible environmental factors in and around your home that may contributed to pest activity.
INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT
Interior applications may not be necessary to provide effective control for certain pest issues. Our technicians incorporate an integrated pest management approach, commonly referred to as I.P.M., when conducting services. I.P.M. is a combination of chemical and non-chemical processes which together maximize treatment results for target pests. By using existing knowledge of pest biology (life cycles, habits, ect.) and by identifying existing areas that may contribute to pest activity, such as food or water sources and entry-points, services can be conducted in an environmentally sensitive approach while minimizing and eradicating various pest populations.
CONTINUOUS PROTECTION FROM A VARIETY OF PESTS
For continuous protection from a variety of pests, we offer monthly, every-other-month, quarterly and holiday-only maintenance programs. Our pest control professionals can explain the benefits of our different service programs and can customize a program based on your pest control needs. All of our maintenance programs feature free follow-up services between regular visits, are backed by a 100% money back guarantee (we’ll refund your last service charge), provide protection against over 30 types of pests, have no long-term contracts and offer an unparalleled level of customer service and support. Monthly and every-other-month customer programs even offer discounts towards additional services (see our customer referral program for additional details).
There are several factors that are used to determine which maintenance program service interval is right for your home. Our technicians will thoroughly explain the benefits of each program based on the variety of factors that can contribute to pest activity at your location.
SEEKING OUT THE SOURCE
Pest identification is only half the battle. The first step we take when addressing a pest issue is to seek out the source of the activity (or what our technicians call S.O.S.). Our services begin with athorough on-site estimate. Our certified technicians will inspect your home to seek out the source of the activity. Once we identify the areas we may need to treat we can also offer pro-active steps you can take to minimize the existing and future pest activity at your home. In some cases, by addressing those existing conditions, product applications may not be necessary to eliminate the pest. Call today if you would like to schedule an on-site estimate.

CUSTOMIZED SERVICE PLANS
Regal Pest Control provides comprehensive mosquito control services for both residential and commercial customers. Our mosquito services are customized to provide effective control of the mosquito problem at your home or business. By using the right products and identifying any existing conditions that are conducive for mosquito breeding, we can control the mosquito problem at your location. We use commercial-grade products and applicators to get the job done right.
- COMPLETE MISTING A complete misting around your house and lot using a commercial-grade motorized backpack sprayer. The products we use will bind to the surfaces they’re applied to, offering long-term residual protection and delivering a fast knock-down of any mosquitoes in the area. We will target foliage, trees and other key areas around your property where mosquitoes and larva are typically found.
- LARVICIDE APPLICATION Small briquettes are placed in standing water where mosquitoes breed. The briquettes slowly release the larvicide on the surface of the water and will kill mosquito larva before they mature into biting adults. The briquettes are effective for a period of 30 days or longer. They are non-toxic to all other wildlife, pets, fish and humans.
- INSECT GROWTH REGULATOR APPLICATION When used in conjunction with misting services, these products prevent mosquitoes from maturing into reproductive adults, thus disrupting the development of further generations of mosquitoes. The insect growth regulators we use will continue to be effective for a period of 90 days or longer.
Mosquitoes can lay their eggs in a very small amount of water. In fact, mosquitoes need only a thimble-sized amount of standing water to breed. Minimizing mosquito activity starts with eliminating the sources of standing water on your property. Leaky faucets, drain pipes, flower pots, bird baths and other objects on your property can cause water to collect and can provide breeding sites for mosquitoes. Our technicians will assess your property and will create a customized service plan to treat for the mosquitoes invading your home and property. By removing possible breeding sites and by contacting a certified mosquito control specialist, you will be one step closer to having an enjoyable yard this summer.
